United Airlines has been known to be ‘Flyer Friendly’, which means they put their passengers first. They were known to be this way because of their United commercial especially the symphony playing in the background. However, their ‘Flyer Friendly’ message has now gone out of the window after this recent incident. They occurred an issue with an overbooked flight and was asking people to get off so some of their crew members could get on. However, once they saw people were not volunteering they volunteered a male passenger to get off. He refused to give up his seat but they had security drag him off the plan. The passenger is now suing the airline company since he received a busted lip.
