Nevada’s enthusiasm over legal sales of marijuana has overwhelmed the slow moving apparatus of government regulators. The state’s tax commission is working to resolve the inability of pot distributors to provide much needed product to the consumer by fast-tracking license processing as well as allowing liquor wholesalers an opportunity to expand into the cannabis business.
