Recently Expedia has announced their particular plans in order to use artificial intelligence for customer service itself. However even though it looks like this particular plan will not be implemented in the next quarter or two according to Expedia CEO Dara Khosrowshahi they along wit many other major and mass companies are working towards this particular effect.
